Registration & Cancellation Policy

Group Courses

 

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Course tuition is non-refundable except as outlined below.

​

If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you must notify In The Hunt Training at least 7 days prior to the course date. With at least 7 days' notice, your tuition may be transferred one time to another available course within 12 months, subject to seat availability.

If you cancel fewer than 7 days before the course, tuition will be forfeited unless the cancellation allows In The Hunt Training to fill your seat. If your seat is filled, you will receive a full refund.

Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice ("no-shows") forfeit all tuition.

In The Hunt Training reserves the right to remove any student from training whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or who is unable to safely participate in the course. In these situations, no refund will be issued.

If In The Hunt Training must cancel or reschedule a course due to instructor illness, severe weather, range availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to transfer their registration to a future course or receive a full refund.

Private Training 

 

Payment is required to reserve and confirm all private training sessions.

​

Private training may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the training fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the instructor's discretion..

If In The Hunt Training must reschedule a private training session due to instructor illness, severe weather, range availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient date and time.

By registering for a course or private training session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Registration & Cancellation Policy.
